Order & Delivery

You can place an order by clicking on the 'Buy now' button on the report display page. This action adds the product to your shopping cart which gets updated and can be seen on the top right corner of your screen. You can continue shopping and add as many products you want to the shopping cart. You can remove a product by clicking on 'view basket' and proceed to check out when you are finished shopping. Here you can modify your delivery options and select the user license or the quantity of the report.

New users will be prompted to create an account and login in order to check out. This only happens for the first time and your account details are mailed to you for future purchases. Using our account management features you can save a search and add a report to your 'Wish List' for a future consideration. You can also view your order history and use other account tools in your user account 'home'.

How soon is the report delivered?

Online orders are processed in real time and the reports are usually delivered in pdf format via email within 1-12 hours after the purchase. You will first get an automated email confirming the purchase and delivery details of the report and another email when the order gets completed post report delivery. If you make your first purchase over a weekend or holiday, the report will delivered to you on the following business day. Hard copies are shipped via express delivery and normally take 2-3 business days to reach the customer. You can email us to know about the shipping charges as they vary per customer location.

ON DEMAND reports will be delivered within 3-5 business days after placing the order

What are the payment options?

We use the most secure online payment gateway which currently accepts Master, Visa & American Express and Paypal. Customers who wish to make payments using cheques or wire bank transfers can speak with our representative toll free at888-789-6604 or email us at payments{AT}rsmarketinsights.com. If you are paying through AMEX card, you need to select currency as USD($) on the payment gateway page.

Your credit card information is never stored by either RSmarketinsights.com or the payment gateway provider at any point during the transaction.

What is the difference between Single User, Site User and Corporate User License?

Single user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to a single user only.

Site user license indicates that the usage of the report is limited to 5 users only.

Corporate User license implies that the usage of the report can be across an organization (e.g. all employees of a single company).

Can I purchase a report on someone's behalf but deliver the report to a different email address?

Yes it is possible to buy report on someone's behalf. It is possible to register with one email address and the report be delivered to a different email address. In such cases, please send us an email to orders@rsmarketinsights.com with order number and the email to which report should be delivered.

We are consultants who procure market research reports for other companies? Do we get any discounts on bulk orders?

Yes you are entitled to various offers and discounts on all your purchases. We have many vendors registered with us who frequently give us requirements and we recommend them the best available market research. We are an academic/research institution who would need market data for our research. How can I help you?

I forgot my password.

Are there any hidden costs or taxes?

No, with RSmarketinsights what you see is what you get. Our members do not have to pay any credit card fees, transaction charges, extra tax or VAT on the purchases made with us.

I could not find a report that meets my current requirement. What are my options?

Kindly email us the details of your requirement and chances are that our in-house analysts will be able to find you what you need.

How about your return policy?

Due to the nature of the information being sold, we unfortunately cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. Please be sure to read all available information about a report before you place your order. If you have any questions about a report, contact us for expert assistance.

How do I contact RS Marketinsights?

I am getting an error message "Failed to authorize: Authorization Failed" while I am trying to purchase the report?

This error message indicates that your bank is not authorizing your transactions. This may be due to high dollar amount or your pin change or number of other factors. Please inquire with your bank as to why your it failed to authorize the transaction.

If you see such error message, you may try with a different card or try our wire transfer option. For initiating wire transfers, please email us or drop your details on our contact us page (http://rsmarketinsights.com/contact-us) so that we can send you proforma invoice with our bank account details.
